Admins are able to remove credentials through the Admin dashboard. To remove a credential:
- Access the Admin dashboard through app.aspiretech.us
- Use either the “Browse Credentials” or “Manage Credentials” tile to search for the specific credential
- Click on the specific credential to open additional details
- Choose the option: “Remove Credential.”
- Please note: The credential is removed and no longer viewable by the user. The credential does not update.
- To restore a credential: Open the removed credential, then click the re-issue button.
