Aspire users have free accounts that host digital credentials issued by an organization or agency. Users are able to see details about their earned credentials and share them via text, email, dedicated link, or social media platforms.
Navigating the Platform
After logging in to app.aspiretech.us, users are able to view and share credentials, submit a support request, and access the Aspire help center.
To view credentials, select the “My Credentials” tile on the home page. This will lead to a page where all the user’s credentials are displayed. From here, click on a specific credential to view.
Sharing a credential can be done by clicking the share icon located on either the user’s credentials list or when viewing the individual credential’s details.
Account settings such as your first and last name, password, and email address can be updated. To update your account settings, use the drop down menu beside your name in the upper right corner of the platform and select the “Account Settings” option. When adding a new email address to your Aspire account, the new email address will become the primary email on the account and will be used for logging in.
For assistance users can select the “Contact Aspire Support” option in the drop down menu located at the top right corner to send an email directly to the Aspire support team, select the “Get Help” tile to be taken to the Aspire help center for help articles.
