Credentials may be edited and updated either individually through the manual issue option or with a bulk upload.
Step 1: Log in to your account at app.aspiretech.us and access the Admin Portal
Step 2: Go to “Manage Credentials”
Step 3: Enter the updated credential information either as a single manual issue or within a bulk upload file (.CSV or .TXT) and specify a unique identifier field in the Deduplication section.
Note: If a unique identifier field is not specified in the deduplication section, the existing credential will not be updated; instead, a new credential will be issued. If a unique identifier is not provided and a new credential is created, the outdated credential can simply be revoked or deleted through the admin account.
