Overview
You can now share one or more of your credentials with anyone — whether it’s a potential employer, licensing board, or organization that needs to view your credentials.
Why share your credentials?
- Prove your certifications or credentials to employers or agencies
- Add your credentials to your LinkedIn or social profiles
- Quickly send a link via text or email
How to view and share credentials:
- Log in to your account at app.aspiretech.us
- Click “View Credentials.”
- Select the “View Credentials” button on the My Credentials section located on the home page of the platform.
- Locate the Credential
- Find the credential you wish to view. Click on the credential for an expanded view or select the “share” button to share the credential.
- Choosing a Method to Share The Credential
- Credentials can be shared via link, email, SMS, QR code, or social media (WhatsApp, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, Pinterest, and Instagram)
What’s Included in the Shared Link
- Basic credential details (type, issuer, date, etc.)
- Media, certificates, and attachments are not included in this version

Q: Can I include images or certificates?
A: Not yet — files, certificates, and media may be supported in a future update.
Q: Who can open a shared link?
A: Anyone with the URL — no account or login needed.
Q: Can I track who opened it?
A: You can see if the link is active, but not who specifically opened it.
