Merit has transitioned to Aspire, and we have moved to a new platform for managing credentials. The previous Merit login page is no longer active.

What you should do next:If you already activated your Aspire account:Sign in atapp.aspiretech.us

 

If this is your first time accessing the new platform:

Step 1: Verify your Email Address. This email is sent to all email addresses associated with credentials on Aspire and come from noreply@aspiretech.us.Step 2: Activate your account and create your password here:
app.aspiretech.us/licensing-credentials/register

 

After registering, you can sign in anytime at:app.aspiretech.us

 

Important information about your credentials:Your credentials will appear automatically in your account after you register and sign in using the same email address where you received your credential notifications.

If you use a different email address, your credentials will not appear.If you believe you should have a credential but do not see it after signing in, please contact support at help@aspiretech.us

Below are some frequent speed bumps, see if any of these apply, and follow the steps to resolve any issues.

 

    • Link expired: All links expire after 30 days. If your link has expired, reach out to help@aspiretech.us for a new registration link or copy/paste the link into your browser’s address bar.
    • Email is not verified message. Find the required email verification link from noreply@aspiretech.us. Please reach out to help@aspiretech.us if you have trouble locating this email.

    • Check the browser you’re using: Are you using a recent version of either Firefox, Chrome, Safari or Edge? Make sure your browser has the latest update.
    • Internet Connection Check: Are you in an area where your internet isn’t steady or keeps fizzling out? Check your internet connection and try again when you’re in a better service area
    • Check your firewall settings: Are you getting a message about a firewall or blocked URL? Check your internet settings, add noreply@aspiretech.us to the whitelist, and try again.

 

*In some cases, you might need to ask for assistance from your internet service IT team.
